Death Claims Robert B. Jordan

Funeral services for Robert B. Jordan, 54, of Tullos, La., who succumbed in
Alexandria October 29, 1944, were held October 30 at Guin Cemetery under the
direction of Southern Funeral Home.  The Rev. Doughty, pastor of the
Crossroads Church, was in charge of the services.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ida Jordan, and the following children: Jewel
Couch, J. C. Jordan, Ira Jordan, and Betty Jordan, all of Tullos; Lois Welch
of Urania, La.; and Pvt. Robert Jordan of Kingman, Ariz.  He also leaves his
father, Thomas J. Jordan, one brother, Eli Jordan, and one sister, Mrs. Ella
Killen.
