Bobby Keen Held Sunday P.M. Final rites for Pfc. Bobby Wayne Keen, who was killed in action in Korea July 8, 1953, were held at the Laurel Heights Baptist Church at 2 p.m., Sunday afternoon, March 28, Rev. H. J. Mott and Rev. Waynon Mott, conducted the services followed by interment in the Winnfield Cemetery. The body of Pfc. Keen arrived in Winnfield Friday of last week and remained in the parlors of the Southern Funeral Home, where many relatives and friends called to pay their respects, until funeral rites on Sunday afternoon. Pallbearers were members of the local National Guard unit. Surviving Pfc. Keen are his mother, Mrs. Ruth Keen, grandmother, Mrs. J. C. Snider,; two brothers, John Dennis and Thomas Michael; two sisters, Carrie Ruth and Sara Beth, all of Winnfield.
