Typhoid Fever Claims Victim At Wheeling

Lloyd Keiffer, 27, Dies September 17th at His Home

Lloyd C. Keiffer, age 27 years, died at his home in the Wheeling community,
Thursday, September 17th with typhoid fever.  Funeral services were held
Friday at Old Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Surviving are his wife and three small children, his parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Peter Keiffer, four brothers, Joe, Henry, Johnnie, and Jessie; three sisters,
Mrs. Dan Horn of Montgomery and Ivie of Wheeling.

Quite a number of friends from Couley, the former home of the deceased,
attended the last rites.  Services were conducted by Mrs. F. G. Wardlow of
Montgomery and Rev. J. M. Jones of Wheeling.
