Mrs. Emily K. Kelly of Ward 10 Dies At Her Home April 12

Mrs. Emily Katherine Kelly, 68 years old, wife of the late J. M. Kelly of Ward
10, died at her home Friday, April 12th and funeral services were held the
following Sunday with burial in the Antioch cemetery.

She with her husband, who preceded her in death some three years ago, had been
married more than fifty years and resided in Ward 10 twenty-five years.  Mrs.
Kelly was a faithful and consecrated member of the Baptist church having
joined the church of her faith in early girlhood.

The deceased is survived by eight children who are: Mrs. Rind Campbell,
Wichita Falls, Texas; W. P. Kelly, Gansville, James Thomas Kelly, Chicago, Ed
Kelly, Lawson Kelly, and Mrs. Essie Reed of Goldonna; Audrey Kelly of Oak
Grove.
