Mrs. J. J. Kelly, 77, Is Buried At Sikes Tuesday, April 28

Mrs. Mary Etta Kelly, 77, of Sikes, died at 4:15 a.m. Monday, April 27, in a
Winnfield hospital after a brief illness.

Funeral rites were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Sikes Baptist Church with
the Rev. Willie James officiating.  Burial was in Sikes Cemetery under
direction of Edmonds Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, J. J. Kelly of Sikes; one son, Jack Kelly of
Sikes; one daughter, Mrs. Cassyle Underwood of Sikes; three brothers, L. W.
Gulledge and J. J. Gulledge of Sikes, and Dewey Gates of Crowville; two
sisters, Mrs. Jewel Holloway of Monroe and Mrs. Letha Busby of Crowville; and
two grandchildren.
