Kennedy Services for Clady Kermit Kennedy, 68, of 1107 Robert Lane, Benton, were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 1, 1981, at Rose-Neath Chapel, Bossier City. Rev. Clarence B. Crumnow, pastor of Benton Methodist Church, where he was a member, and Rev. Randy Nichols, pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church of Alexandria, la., officiated. Burial and graveside services were at 2 p.m. at Bellwood Baptist Church Cemetery near Natchitoches, La. He died at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 30, 1980 at his residence following a lengthy illness. Mr. Kennedy, a native of Jackson Parish, La., lived in Benton 25 years and was a retired mortgage credit supervisor at Federal Housing Administration. He was a Mason, a Shriner, a member of the V. F. W., and a veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Eunice S. Kennedy, Benton; six sisters, Mrs. Inez Barton and Mrs. Hazel Howell, Winnfield; Mrs. Bess Henderson, Jonesboro; Mrs. Lois Goins, Haynesville; Mrs. Sue Williams, Atlanta, La.; Mrs. Jessie Collom, Friendswood, Texas; and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were nephews.
