R. Watts Dies In Homer, Louisiana Funeral services for Mrs. Ada Pearce Kennon, 75, who died at Homer, La., Friday at 9 a.m., were held Saturday from the residence of her daughter, Mrs. C. B. Kitchens, with the Rev. V. L. McKee, pastor of the Homer Baptist Church officiating. Burial was in the Fellowship Cemetery. The deceased was the mother of Mrs. J. R. Watts of Winnfield and was well known here where she had visited quite often. Besides Mrs. Watts she is survived by two other daughters, Mrs. P. D. Burton, Lewisville, Ark., and Mrs. Kitchen, Homer; one son, J. T. Kennon, Minden; her mother, Mrs. S. F. Pearce, of Heflin; two sisters, Mrs. W. A. Wynn, Waxahatchie, Texas and Mrs. Stella Heflin, Memphis, Tenn.; two brothers, T. J. of Ruston and J. M. Pearce of Heflin.
