Final Rites For N. Kieffer, 83, Near St. Maurice

Funeral services were held this week for Nickless Kieffer, 83, in Old Saline
Cemetery near St. Maurice, with Rev. C. M. Robinson officiating.

Assisting with the rites were Sister Lula Wardlow, pastor of Couley Church and
Judge Cass Moss.  Burial was under direction of Edmonds in Jonesboro.

Survivors are eight sons, C. G. Kieffer of Couley; J. H. Kieffer of Couley; D.
N. of Mount Vernon, Texas; C. O. Kieffer of Mineola, Texas; C. N. Kieffer of
Atlanta; Kency Kieffer of Louisville, Ky.; Arthur Kieffer of Couley; and
Kattie Kieffer of the U. S. Army; two daughters, Mrs. McIntyre and Mrs. Carie
Milstead; two brothers , Enos and Eligie Kieffer; and a number of
grandchildren and great grandchildren.
