Killingsworth, Winn Native, Dies After Accident Iley Killingsworth, 67, native of Winn Parish, and a member of the Hargis Baptist Church, Grant Parish, died of a heart attack January 19 at Bush, La., shortly after he swam to shore when a boat capsized. Mr. Killingsworth was with a group in the boat, it was reported, but other details were not available. Last rites were held at 2 p.m. January 21 at the Hargis Baptist Church with Rev. Rufus Kitchingham officiating. Burial was in the Hargis Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Maudie Killingsworth of Montgomery; two sons, R. A. of Bogalusa and Karion of Key West, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. Ruby Nutt and Mrs. Norman Holiday, both of Montgomery; 13 grandchildren, three great grandchildren; three brothers, Perry and Frank Killingsworth of Baton Rouge, and Dewey of Ft. Worth, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Ruth Campbell of Baton Rouge.
