Mrs. Marie King Dead

After a short illness, Mrs. Marie King, wife of A. C. King and daughter of
Mrs. Pearl Stephens Smith, died at her home in South Winnfield Monday,
December 6.

Ms. King was born January 16, 1918(?) and was a faithful member of the
Rochelle Baptist Church at Rochelle.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. P. M. Caraway, at her home in South
Winnfield, Tuesday, December 7th at 2 p.m.  Interment in the Winnfield
Cemetery following.

Besides her mother five sisters survive her.  They are: Mrs. Flora Waddell and
Mrs. George Chappel of Homer, Mrs. Vivian Owens of Alexandria, Mrs. Edna
Lawrence, and Mr. Irmal(?) Stephens of Winnfield.
