J. Keaton, 80, Succumbs; Rites Monday Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church for Mrs. A. J. Keaton, 80, of Winnfield, who died Sunday, January 7, 1973 at an Alexandria hospital. The Rev. Calvin Phelps and Rev. Robert Gate officiated with burial at the Garden of Memories Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield. Widow of the late A. J. Keaton, she was a member of the First Baptist Church and a native of Winn Parish. Survivors include two sons, Luther Keaton of Winnfield and John Keaton of Lake Charles; two daughters, Miss Inez Keaton and Miss Ruby Keaton of Winnfield; a brother, Emmett Womack of Dodson. Pallbearers included E. J. Buchanan, Bluch Haddox, C. E. Sherwood, Benny Smith, Matt Milam, Jr., O. T. "Bill" White, Homer Parker, and Harper Terrill.
