Funeral Rites For Herman E. Lang Conducted

Herman Elmer Lang, 56, died Wednesday, May 31, 1967 in a Winnfield hospital
after a lengthy illness.

Funeral services were held at five o'clock Thursday in the chapel of Southern
Funeral Home of Winnfield, with Revs. C. W. Jones and E. B. Barton
officiating.

Burial was in Brown Cemetery at Sardis.

Survivors are his widow; two sons, Phillip Lang of Winnfield and John Elmer
Lang of Baton Rouge; three brothers, Wilbur Lang of Texas City, C. G. Lang of
Atlanta, and Edwin Lang of Texarkana, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Bessie More of
North Carolina and Mrs. Evelee LeBarron of Atlanta; mother, Mrs. John W. Lang
of Atlanta.
