Lang, 58, Succumbs; Rites Thursday Otho Aubry Lang, 58, of Montgomery, died Wednesday, January 15, 1975, at 3:40 a.m. in Rapides General Hospital in Alexandria. Lang was a prominent businessman who owned Montgomery Hardware and Montgomery Tank Co. A member of the First Baptist Church of Montgomery, he also was president of the Montgomery Lions Club and was a member of the town council. He was a member of the board of directors of Public Investors, Inc., since its establishment and was a board member of the Ward Seven Hospital Planning Unit. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Tez G. Lang of Montgomery; two daughters, Mrs. Margie Kuhlman of Buras, and Miss Eva Margarite Lang of Montgomery; two sisters, Mrs. Edna Fletcher of Montgomery and Mrs. Avid Fletcher of Colfax; and two grandchildren. Services were held at 3 p.m. Thursday in the First Baptist Church in Montgomery with Dr. Glenn Bryant officiating, assisted by Revs. W. M. Page, M. C. Cady, and George McVay. Burial was in the Mars Hill Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home in Winnfield. Pallbearers were Paul D. Chellette, J. K. Gongre, J. M. Rembrandt, J. C. Rousseaux, Lawrence Fredieu, and Phillip Lang.
