C. Lang, 65, Dies; Interment At Mars Hill Funeral rites for P. C. Lang, 65 year old Montgomery man, were held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the Montgomery First Baptist Church with the Rev. J. O. Dumas, the Rev. Moses S. Mercer, and the Rev. Wayne Durham officiating. Burial was in the Mars Hill Cemetery under the direction of Hixsons Funeral Home of Winnfield. Mr. Lang died early Wednesday, February 19, 1969, in an Alexandria hospital of a sudden illness. He was a long time resident of Montgomery, where he operated a hardware store and an insurance agency. He was an active member of the Frist Baptist Church where he served on the board of deacons, was traffic manager for the L & A Rairoad for over 20 years, and a member of the Montgomery Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his wife; three brothers, O. R. Lang, R. B. Lang, and Otho Lang, all of Montgomery; two sisters, Mrs. J. N. Fletcher of Colfax and Mrs. G. A. Fletcher of Verda. Pallbearers were Dudley Lang, Reginald Kuhlman, James Snyder, Paul Lang, Randall Fletcher, and Mickey Murphy.
