Brother of R. J. Lasyone Dies at Shreveport Saturday

Felix Lasyone, 64 years of age, died in a Shreveport hospital Saturday morning
from pneumonia.  Funeral services were conducted at Verda Sunday afternoon at
3:30.  Rev. G. B. Foster, Baptist minister, officiated.  Interment was in the
Verda Cemetery.

The deceased is survived by four children, Mrs. Ola Bazer of Atlanta, Rt. 1;
Mrs. Julia Thompson of Dodson; Mathew and Johnnie Lasyone of Goldonna, La. 
Thirteen grandchildren also survive.

He leaves the following brothers and sisters: R. J. and Bob Lasyone of Clarks;
Mrs. Mary Keith of Williana; Adolph and R. A. Lasyone of Verda; Mrs. J. M.
Lashley and Mrs. Sidney Lashley of Atlanta, Route 2.

Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Lasyone and family attended the funeral.
