M. F. R. Lattier Succumbs to Injuries From Fall. Funeral Today at Campti Injuries resulting from a fall from a wagon caused the death of Francois Raney Lattier, 70 year old Baptist minister here early Wednesday morning. Mr. Lattier was born October 14, 1859 at Campti, La., where he lived until about ten years ago when he with his family came to Winnfield. January 23, 1883 he was married to Miss Euphrasie Trichel of Campti and to them six children were born, all of whom with the mother survive him. He was a member of the Baptist church of which denomination he was a minister, serving as pastor to several churches in this section. Mr. Lattier was a member of Eastern Star Lodge, F. & A. M. No. 151. Funeral services will be held today at Campti at eleven o'clock under the direction of the Winnfield Furniture Co. funeral directors. Surviving him are his widow and six children, Mrs. L. C. Clark, Shreveport, Mrs. T. C. Warner, Coushatta, Mrs. A. L. Childers, Vineta, Okla., Miss Pearl Lattier, Winnfield, F. O. Lattier, Winnfield, and J. H. Lattier, Shreveport.
