Roy LeBarron Of Texas Buried In Winnfield Mar. 22

Funeral services for Roy LeBarron, 42, Winn Parish native who died Sunday at
his home in Dennison, Texas, were held at the Winnfield Southern Funeral Home
Chapel at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 22, with the Rev. R. H. Staples officiating.

Burial was in Winnfield Cemetery.

Mr. LeBarron succumbed following a heart attack.  He was a retired Air Force
master sergeant.  He spent his early days in Winnfield, residing with his
aunt, Mrs. Cora Fitch, Center Street.  Mrs. Minnie LeBarron of Atlanta is also
an aunt.  Later young LeBarron resided at the Masonic Home in Alexandria.

In addition to his aunts, he is survived by his wife and a son, Barry LeBarron
of Dennison; a brother, Elwood LeBarron, Abbeville; a sister, Mrs. Pauline
Peterson, Odessa, Texas; and a foster sister, Mrs. Frank Ray, Shreveport.
