William Lee, 81, Retired Stock Dealer, Dies

William Lee, 81, of Route 4, Winnfield, near the Trading Post, died Tuesday,
December 23.  Funeral services were scheduled Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Southern
Funeral Home chapel.

Mr. Lee, born Oct., 1871, in Dixon, Ill., was a retired stock dealer, and had
been in and around Winn Parish for the past 50 years.

Rev. E. W. Evans, pastor of Tannehill Baptist Church, is to officiate, with
burial in Winnfield Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Blanche Lee, of Route 4, Winnfield, three sons,
Elmer, Robert, and Bill Lee, of Route 4, three daughters, Recia Lee of El
Dorado, Ark., Mrs. Sadie Cooper of Winnfield, and Mrs. Lucille Young of St.
Louis, Mo., and one brother, Major Lee of Winnfield.
