M. Lingenfellow Buried At Mars Hill Church February 5th

Funeral services for M. Lingenfellow, who died at his home in Epps, La., on
February 4th were held at the Mars Hill Church, Winn Parish, February 5th,
1936, with the Rev. B. Foster, pastor, in charge.

The deceased had formerly lived in the Mars Hill Community.  His wife preceded
him in death about four years ago.

Mr. Lingenfellow was a farmer and was known as "Big Happy Jack Lingenfellow." 
He is survived by ten children, and one brother of Memphis, Tenn.

(According to Briley's Cemetery Directory, buried at Mars Hill Cemetery is
Herb P. Lingenfelter, b. May 13, 1882, d. Feb. 2, 1936)
