G. G. Lincecum Succumbs; Rites Held Saturday

Gid G. Lincecum, 89, of Lincecum Community, near Georgetown, died at his home
Friday morning.

He was a retired farmer and cattleman.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Emma Lincecum of Lincecum Community; four sons,
Clifton and Gordon Lincecum of Pollock, Lloyd Lincecum of Lake Charles, and
John Brown Lincecum of Biloxi, Miss.; three daughters, Mrs. Ineta Basco of
Natchitoches, Mrs. Margie Kahn, and Mrs. Verlon Eleazor of Rayne; 11
grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Lincecum Baptist Church.
Burial was in Forest Lawn Memorial Park under the direction of Hixson Brothers
Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were Dave Lincecum, Clarence Lincecum, Milton Lincecum, Tommy
Lincecum, Louis Roberts, and Joseph Basco.
