Funeral Services For Mrs. Little Held At Couley

Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Little, 85, were held at Couley Methodist
Church Tuesday, March 8.  Mrs. Little died Monday in a local hospital.

A native of Winn Parish, Mrs. Little was a member of the Methodist Church and
was the daughter of the late Jesse and Mary Jenkins Brett.

Burial was in Couley Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Survivors are two sons, J. P. Little of Winnfield and L. C. Little of
Pittsburgh Landing, Pa.; six daughters, Mrs. C. H. Stevens of Colfax, Mrs. R.
D. Byrd of Durham, N.C., Mrs. J. W. Braxton of Canton, N. C., Mrs. W. B.
Broome of Germany, Mrs. C. A. Baker of Durham, N. C., and Mrs. G. W. Fisher of
Kensington, Md., and 23 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
