Mrs. Lovell, 82, Succumbs; Rites At Mars Hill

Funeral services for Mrs. Louise J. Lovell, 82, of Winnfield, were held at 2
p.m. Monday in Mars Hill Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery
under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lovell died Saturday, January 27, 1973 in a local hospital after a long
illness.

Survivors include two sons, Andy J. Lovell of Houston, Tex., and Archie Lovell
of Lake Providence; three stepsons, Oscar Lovell of Hudson, Robert and Ellis
Lovell, both of Columbus, Ga.; one daughter, Mrs. Ted Womack of Sikes; one
stepdaughter, Mrs. Audra Bryant of Hargis; four sisters, Mrs. Lucy Hawthorn of
Georgetown, Mrs. Ella Foster of Colfax, and Mrs. Mattie Cox of Verda, and Mrs.
Nettie Tingle of Natchitoches; 13 grandchildren and a number of great
grandchildren.
