Last Rites For Henry F. Long Held Fri., July 10

Last rites for Henry F. Long, 47, who succumbed at the U. S. Veterans Hospital
in Hines, Ill., were held at the Corinth Baptist Church, Friday, July 10, with
the Rev. McMurry officiating.

Acting as pallbearers were Ovey Trahan, Eugene Beck, John T. DeLoach, H. O.
Schwartz, and Kenneth Watts, all of Winnfield.

Born in Winn Parish, February 19, 1895, he was the son of J. H. Long and the
deceased Mollie J. Long.

Surviving are the father, J. H. Long and the following brothers and sisters,
Mrs. Ella Waxley, Mrs. Dana Coburn, Mrs. W. M. Shaw, Manuel, Odis, and Lonnie
Long of Winnfield, Mrs. E. M. Plunkett of Pineville, and Ben Long of Tullos.
