Mrs. Long, 77, Dies At Home Of Her Son

Mrs. Mollie Long, 77 years old, died Saturday at the home of her son, Joe
Long, six miles south of Winnfield.  Mrs. Long had been a lifelong resident of
this parish.  She leaves three sons and a daughter, and a host of other
relatives.  She was the wife of Mike Long, who died a few years ago at the
advanced age of 88 years.  Her children surviving her are Joe, Henry, and
Richard Long of this parish, and Mrs. Henry Dawson of Georgetown.  Interment
was in Corinth Cemetery with the Rev. A. H. Cullen, pastor of the First
Baptist Church of Winnfield, conducting the services.
