Parker Long, Sr.

Services for Parker Long, Sr., were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 17, 1986 in
the chapel of Southern with the Rev. Louis Simon officiating.  Burial was
in Jones Cemetery near Winnfield.

Long, 94, of Winnfield, died Wednesday, April 16, 1986 in St. Francis Cabrini
Hospital, Alexandria.

He was a native of Winnfield, a veteran of World War II, and a member of
Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Louvenia Tullier of Pineville; five
grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
