F. Walker Dies In Alexandria James F. Looper, 80, of Bentley, died at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, January 4, 1970 in an Alexandria hospital. He was a retired section foreman for the Kansas City Southern Railroad and a native of Arkansas. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lula Avery Looper of Bentley; three sons, Lisso Looper, Armon Looper, and Ed Looper, all of Alexandria; three daughters, Mrs. Doris L. Barrios of Pineville, and Mrs. Nancy L. Allen and Mrs. Claudia L. Brossette, both of Baton Rouge, La.; one sister, Mrs. J. F. Walker of Winnfield; 12 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Alexandria with burial in Dry Prong Cemetery.
