Mrs. Barbara Cassiel (Kelly) Lowrey, age 76, of Winnfield, La., died Saturday, 
February 12, 2005, at Winn Parish Medical Center in Winnfield, La.  She  was a 
member of Union Baptist Church.  .

She was the daughter of the late Rushel Kelly and the late Vertis (Wilson) 
Kelly.

She is survived by her 

Four Sons,
Michael Lowrey and his wife Janice of Anacoco, 
La.                                     
Gerald Lowrey and his wife Janine of Lake Havasu City, 
Ariz.                                   
Bobby Lowrey and his wife Mary Jane of Arkadelphia, 
Ark.                                    
Raymond Lowrey and his wife Tammy of Rosepine, La.

Two Sisters,
Maxine K. Frederick of Joyce, La.                                     
Melba Thomas of Dodson, La.

Seven grandchildren
Four great-grandchildren 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Morgan B. Lowrey; her 
sister, Loretta Griffin; and her brother, James Rushel Kelly.    

Services are under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield, La., 
where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Tuesday, 
February 15, 2005 and from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 16, 2005.  
Funeral service will be at Southern Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM Wednesday, 
February 16, 2005 , with Rev. Rayford Higgs officiating.  Interment will be at 
Union Cemetery in Joyce, La.
