L. Morris Lucas, Son of Winn Residents Dies

Funeral services for Leonard Morris Lucas, 25, were held Friday, July 5, at 2
p.m. in the Drewett Funeral Home chapel in Mansfield with Dr. Robert E. L.
Bearden officiating.  Burial was in Oxford Cemetery.

Mr. Lucas died Wednesday in a Little Rock, Ark., hospital after a lengthy
illness.  He was a credit manager.

Survivors include his widow; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hoy W. Lucas of
Winnfield; and a brother, Louis K. Lucas of Shreveport.
