C. Frasier Dies in Ruston Willie E. Lyles, 80, retired farmer, died Sunday, August 30 in a Ruston hospital after a lengthy illness. Mr. Lyles had lived in Lincoln Parish for the past 55 years. He was a native of Richland Parish. He was a charter member of Temple Baptist Church in Ruston. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Monday in the Spears Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Gray B. Allison and Dr. Robert MaGee officiating. Burial was in Cooktown Cemetery. Survivors include his widow; three sons, Howard, Tom, and W. E. Lyles, Jr., all of Ruston; four daughters, Mrs. Dewey Davidson of Tyler, Texas, Mrs. E. C. Frasier of Winnfield, Mrs. J. T. Rhinehart of Ruston, and Mrs. Loyd Baggarty of Bastrop; two brothers, Arthur Lyles of Monroe and T. C. Lyles, Sr., of Ruston; 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
