Georgetown Resident Dies Tuesday, July 1

Felix Morgan, 73, died at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, 1969, in a Winnfield
hospital.  He was a resident of Georgetown and a retired blacksmith.

He is survived by his three sons, Hollis Morgan and Douglas Morgan, both of
Georgetown, and Elree Morgan of Dodson; two brothers, Gus Morgan of Port
Gibson, Miss., and Bill Morgan of Laurel, Miss.; eight grandchildren and one
great grandchild.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Hixson Bros.
Funeral Home of Winnfield.  Burial was in the Old Union Cemetery near Joyce.
