Ebb C. Machen

Services for Ebb C. Machen of Winnfield were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the
chapel of Southern Funeral Home with Dr. Calvin Phelps officiating.  Burial
was in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Machen, 74, died at 10:30 a.m. November 21, 1983.

He was a member of First Baptist Church, a former Lions Club member and owner-
operator of a service station for 40 years.

Survivors include one daughter, Maudine D. Machen of Winnfield; and two
sisters, Nena McQuillin of Winnfield and Frances Cripps of Pineville.
