Ruth Pauline Machen Dies At Henderson, Texas August 12th

Little Ruth Pauline Machen, 6 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tom B. Machen,
formerly of Winnfield, died at the Henderson, Texas sanitarium on Thursday,
August 12th, following a short illness from typhoid fever.

The little girl was born at El Dorado, Ark.,on May 23, 1925, and in her six
short years endeared herself to all who knew her.

She is survived by her parents, a sister, Louise, her paternal grandmother,
Mrs. Anna R. Machen, her maternal grandparents, Mr. And Mrs. S. M. Stanley of
Henderson, and a host of relatives and friends.
