W. T. Madden, 70, Dies At Gibsland



W. T. Madden, 70, father of J. A. Madden of Winnfield, died at Gibsland, 

Thursday, July 17.



He had been ill for some time.



He is survived by his widow, two daughters, Mrs. I. Whittock of Gibsland and 

Mrs. Willie Walker of Chatham; four sons, A. L. and Leon Madden of Chatham, C. 

H. Madden of Savannah, Ga., and J. A.



Those from Winnfield who attended funeral services were Mr. and Mrs. Ed 

Gassiott and son, Mrs. J. S. Warren and Gwen, and Mrs. A. F. Hicks.
