E. Magee, 84, Montgomery, Dies G. E. Magee, of Montgomery died at 8:30 a.m. Monday in an Alexandria hospital. He was 84 years old. Before his retirement, Magee operated "Mac's" Caf‚ in Montgomery. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the First Baptist Church in Montgomery with Rev. S. J. Sylvest officiating. Burial was in the Union Grove Cemetery under direction of Edmonds Funeral Home of Jonesboro. Magee is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mae Lonadier Magee; three daughters, Miss Marie Magee of Montgomery, Mrs. Hattie Troquille of Shreveport, and Mrs. Evie Fike of Houston, Texas; three sons, Leo Magee of Shreveport, H. L. Magee and Arthur Magee, both of Houston, Texas; four brothers, David Magee and Wilson Magee, both of Bogalusa, Phillip Magee of Covington, and Rev. A. J. Magee of Pitkin; two sisters, Mrs. Cleo Jones of Sun, and Mrs. Sallie Mizell of Bogalusa; and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
