James W. Malone

Services for James W. Malone were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of
Southern Funeral Home with the Rev. Lee Hollingsworth officiating.  Burial was
in Killen Cemetery.

Malone, 62, of Winnfield, died at 3:30 p.m. Monday, May 17, 1983 in Humana
Hospital, Winn Parish.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy K. Malone of Winnfield; one daughter, Joann
Lessing of Forest Hill; one son, David Malone of Winnfield; one stepson,
Clarence Clark of Winnfield; four brothers, Gordon Malone of Pineville, Owen
Malone of Boyce, Otho Malone of Pollock, and Marvin Malone of Ball; his
father, Moses F. Malone of Ball and six grandchildren.
