M.; Funeral Monday Miss Minna Marks, age 85, died at the home of her niece, Miss Nettie Bernstein, here, Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock following a long illness. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock and interment was made in the Jewish Cemetery at Monroe. "Aunt Minna" as she was known to a large circle of friends here, came to Winnfield about 1901 with the family of her late sister, Mrs. Phillip Bernstein from Montgomery. She is a native of Germany and came to America when a very small child. Surviving her are her niece, Miss Nettie Bernstein of Winnfield, with whom she made her home, and one nephew, Rudolph Bernstein of Monroe, and a number of other relatives of Monroe.
