Son Of Winnfield Resident Buried In Va. Wednesday

Samuel A. Martin, son of E. S. Martin and Mrs. Mae Martin of Winnfield, was
buried in Nuttall, Va., Wednesday afternoon.  He died in Virginia early Monday
morning as a result of a heart attack.

Martin was a professor of English with the rank of Lt. At the U. S. Naval
Academy.

Other survivors include his widow, Mrs. Eleanor Field Martin and a sister,
Mrs. James Bolin of Springhill.
