Friendship Business Man Dies Wednesday

Grover Cleveland Martin, 65, of Friendship Community near Jonesboro, died at
7:30 Wednesday, February 7, 1968 at his home.  He was a merchant.

He is survived by his wife, Eula Martin; two sons, Shelby Martin and Roy
Martin, both of Shreveport; two daughters, Mrs. Inez Griggs of Goldonna and
Mrs. Eva Jane Folden of Bienville; two brothers, J. P. Martin of Goldonna and
R. U. Martin of Castor; 15 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday in Antioch Methodist Church in
Winn Parish by Rev. Dub Fussell and Rev. Bob Ezell.  Burial was in the church
cemetery.
