Last Rites For L. V. Martin Held Tuesday

Funeral services for Lorenza Valentine Martin, 73, of Saline, were held at
2:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, 1966 in Antioch Methodist Church in Winn Parish
with the Rev.W. L. Fussell and the Rev. Curtis Rozelle officiating.  Burial
was in the Antioch Cemetery.

Mr. Martin died Saturday afternoon in a Winnfield hospital.  He was a retired
farmer.

Survivors include three sons, J. K. Martin, Goldonna; T. W. Martin, Saline;
Bobby Martin, Anchorage, Alaska; one daughter, Mrs. Lucille Durbin, Goldonna;
three brothers, Joe Martin, Goldonna; Bill Martin, Bienville; and Grover
Martin, Bienville; one sister, Mrs. Clyde Carter, Calvin.

Pallbearers were Bobby Martin, Benny Martin, Cortez Martin, Shelby Martin, Roy
Martin, Jimmy Dale Ursery, D. L . Carter, and David Folden.
