W. A. Martin, 82, Of Montgomery, Is Buried At Mt. Zion

W. A. Martin, 82, of Montgomery, died Tuesday in Alexandria.  He was a native
of Milwaukee and a retired farmer of Montgomery.

Last rites were held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the United Pentecostal Church,
Montgomery, with the Rev. Guinn and the Rev. Brooks officiating.  Burial was
in Mt. Zion Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Survivors are his wife of Momtgomery; three sons, Merle Martin, Pine Bluff,
Ark., L. M. Martin, Ft. Worth, Tex., and W. L. Martin of New Orleans; two
daughters, Mrs. W. P. Osborne of El Dorado, Ark., and Mrs. D. E. Barnes of New
Orleans; and a sister in California.
