B. Maseberg Held October 10 Funeral services for Earnest B. Maseberg, 76, a lifelong resident of Wheeling Community who was found dead in his barn Saturday, October 8, were held Sunday at 3 p.m. in the Union Hill Baptist Church. Mr. Maseberg was completing his chores on his farm when last seen before his death and it was presumed that he died of a heart attack soon after. He was a member of the Woodmen of the World. Burial was in the Union Hill Cemetery in the Mt. Zion Community under direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield. Survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Kate Adams and Mrs. Addie Berry of Winnfield and Mrs. Louise Presley of Palestine, Texas; one daughter, Mrs. G. K. Phillips of Nederland, Texas; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
