Louis Maxwell Dies March 14; Burial At Belah

Louis Maxwell, 72, of Georgetown, died in the Veteran's Hospital at
Alexandria, Sunday, March 14.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Georgetown Baptist
Church with the Rev. Howard B. Smith officiating.  Burial was at the Belah
Cemetery at Trout.

Survivors include a widow, Mrs. Louis Maxwell; two sons, Otto L. Maxwell of
Pasadena, Tex., and Robert D. Maxwell of New Orleans; a daughter, Mrs. J. M.
Kyle of Titusville, Fla.; four brothers, Horace Maxwell of Georgetown,
Lawrence and Carl Maxwell, both of Hebert, and Rufus Maxwell of Joyce; two
sisters, Mrs. Henry Capherman (Cotherman?) Of Dodson, and Mrs. Fannie Bass of
Tullos; and four grandchildren.
