Wm. A. Maxwell Funeral Services Held At Zion

Funeral services for William A. Maxwell were held Wednesday at the Zion
Baptist Church.  Mr. Maxwell, 77, died at his home on Route 2, Winnfield,
Tuesday.

Rev. C. D. Bates conducted the services with burial in the Zion Cemetery under
direction of Southern Funeral Home.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Velma Maxwell of Winnfield; three sons, Billy M.
Maxwell and Felton M. Maxwell, of Winnfield, and Lyndle Maxwell of Olla; six
grandchildren; one brother, Jim Maxwell of Georgetown; five sisters, Mrs. Ella
Balch of Swartz, Mrs. Sallie Blackstock of Farmerville, Mrs. Pinkie Belcher of
California, Mrs. Julia Blackstock of California, and Mrs. Emma Hodges of
Winnfield.
