McAnally Mr. C. F. McAnally, born March 15, 1861, at Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, died Friday, February 6th in the sanitarium at New Orleans. Mr. McAnally had been in bad health for a number of years and had been in the sanitarium five weeks for treatment. Mr. McAnally was first married to a Miss Green to which union three children were born, Mrs. J. D. Johnson of Hot Springs, Ark., Mrs. W. E. Patrick of McGehee, Ark., and Claud McAnally of El Dorado, Ark. After the death of his first wife he married Mrs. Davis, December 26, 1889 at Union City, Tennessee. To this union there were Mrs. J. E. Jones of El Dorado, Ark. and Hollis and Wallis McAnally of Winnfield. He is survived by his wife, six children, and his stepdaughter, Miss Verda Iler. Mr. McAnally and his family moved to Winnfield in December, 1911, from Dyer, Tennessee. He had been engaged in the saw mill business all his life. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church and had been a Mason for over forty years. Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian Church, Sunday, Feb. 8, 3 p.m. Rev. Alwin Stokes, pastor, and Rev. P. M. Caraway, pastor of the Methodist Church, were in charge of the services. Interment took place in the Winnfield Cemetery with the Masons in charge.
