Maggie McBride

Services for Mrs. Maggie Deen McBride, 82, of Jonesboro, were held Saturday at
2 p.m. in Southern Funeral Home Chapel in Jonesboro with the Rev. Paul Durbin
officiating.  Burial was in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Mrs. McBride died Friday, December 28, 1979 in the Jackson Parish Hospital
after a short illness.

She was a retired school teacher.

Survivors include a son, Dean McBride of Monroe; two sisters, Mrs. Thelma
Buchanan and Mrs. Eva Hyde, both of Winnfield; four grandchildren, and two
great grandchildren.
