Mrs. McCain

Arra Virginia McCain, 84, of Natchitoches, mother of Randall McCain of
Winnfield, died at 6:20 a.m. Sunday, January 8, 1978 in Natchitoches Parish
Hospital.  She was a native of Montgomery.

Survivors include three other sons, Henry McCain and Van Morrell McCain, both
of Natchitoches, Olen Guy McCain of Verda; one daughter, Violet Herald
of Bossier City; one sister, Bertie Williams of Colfax; 11 grandchildren,
14 great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren.

Services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Blanchard-St. Denis
with the Revs. Ronald Nation and David Allen officiating.  Burial was in Fern
Park Cemetery.
