I. W. McCarty, 68, Dies; Burial At Hurricane Grove

I. W. McCarty, 68, of Dodson, died Friday, July 19, 1968 at 10:45 p.m. in a
local hospital.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Lucille McCarty of Dodson; four brothers, Ira L.
McCarty of Harrisonburg, Troy A. McCarty of Midland, Texas, and Shile McCarty
of Baton Rouge.

Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. Sunday in the Southern Funeral Home
chapel with Rev. Norris Curry officiating assisted by Rev. Edward Smith of
Alexandria.  Burial was in the Hurricane Grove Cemetery.
