Mrs. McCarty

The funeral of Mrs. Jessie McCarty, 82, of Sikes was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday
at Southern Funeral Home Chapel, Winnfield, with the Rev. Eugene Love
officiating.

Burial was in Hurricane Grove Cemetery, Sikes.

Mrs. McCarty died Monday, January 1, 1979 in Winnfield General Hospital.

Survivors include two sons, Emil McCarty of Richmond, Va., and Rush McCarty of
Humble, Texas; and four grandchildren.
