Mottice C. McCarty

Services for Mottice Creel McCarty were held at 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel of
Southern Funeral Home with the Revs. Doyle Wesson, Ed Smith, and B. G. Dyess
officiating.  Burial was in Garden of Memories.

Mrs. McCarty, 67, of Winnfield, died Saturday, January 24, 1987 in Humana
Hospital-Winn Parish.

She was a member of East Winnfield Baptist Church.

Survivors include one son, W. C. McCarty, Jr., of Winnfield; four daughters,
Jeanette Greene and Diane Crooks, both of Winnfield, Vera Robertson of Dodson,
and Betty Jo McCarty of Russellville, Arkansas; one sister, Mrs. Lessie
Townsend of Winnfield; one brother, J. C. Creel of Sikes; 19 grandchildren and
eight great grandchildren.
