D. L. McCartney Buried at Pine Hill

D. Lamar McCartney, 54, of Trout, died Saturday morning at his home.

Funeral services were held at Searcy Baptist Church, near Trout.

Interment was in the Pine Hill Cemetery near Olla. 

He was a native of Urania and had lived in Trout for the past 23 years.

Survivors include his wife, Alma McCartney of Trout; one son, Kenneth L.
McCartney of Alexandria; one brother, Carey E. McCartney of Lake Charles; one
sister, Mrs. Mary Gough of Winnfield; his mother, Mrs. Julia Greer of
Winnfield.
